Original JRC and Alphatron Marine spare parts are held at four Centers of Excellence: Rotterdam, Singapore, Tokyo, and Houston. JRC says it stocks thousands of part types and aims to quote and ship within 24 hours. Partners can log in to check current stock. If you need parts at a coming port, use the Service request or the regional phone numbers.

JRC provides spare parts support for JRC products for ten years from the last production date. Besides the four main warehouses, more than 25 First Aid Kit (FAK) locations keep stock for older and current equipment, for urgent cases.

JRC sells and services equipment through its own offices and through distributors, dealers, and partners. If you want to join that network, email info@jrc-world.com. Partners can use the training academy and the wider technical network.
