At JRC, we believe in excellent service that comes from combining the knowledge of our own experienced maritime technical personnel and that of our worldwide service network of hundreds of distributors with our quality JRC products. We support you throughout the life cycle of your vessel. From advice on products and solutions to contracts and spare parts.
JRC provides SMART solution through our own network around the world. SMART solution stands for: Service, Maintenance, Assistance, Refit, Technical support. JRC has a wide variety of resources available to tackle your service needs in the most efficient way. 24 Hours per day, 7 days a week. Depending on the complexity of your service, vessel's location and technicians’ availability, we choose the best service solution available. This includes our technical support for those calls where First Time Fix (FTF) is critical for the vessel's operation. Our target is to satisfy your service needs with a one-stop-shopping concept for JRC and Alphatron Marine products.
We find it very important that our engineers and technicians are up to date with the latest market developments and regulations. The same goes for our service network. That’s why all our local engineers and service coordinators are fully trained in our own training academy. Technical details and sometimes even R&D design concepts are well transferred to the local engineers to be certified as an experienced JRC technician. Accordingly, the certified local trainers have provided professional technical trainings to the engineers of our local network. So that they can assure correct installation and repair of marine electronics. We are very proud of the quality of our local service and the technical support.
