Product and solutions updates

In an era marked by increasing geopolitical tensions and growing digital threats at sea, reliable onboard navigation systems are more essential than ever. Interference incidents such as GPS spoofing and jamming are on the rise, creating potential hazards for maritime operations across the globe.

To help ensure safe and accurate navigation, even in compromised signal environments, we proudly introduce the JLR-41 GNSS Compass – a compact, IMO type-approved solution that provides dependable heading and positioning data.

Key Features:
  • High-accuracy positioning and heading data
  • Multi-GNSS sensor can simultaneously receive data from multiple GNSS constellations (GPS/Galileo/GLONASS/BeiDou/QZSS)
  • Spoofing / jamming detection function available
  • Supports rolling, pitching, rate of turn and heaving measurements
  • IMO type-approved Transmitting Heading Device (THD) and Satellite Positioning System (GPS)
  • Excellent visibility and operability with 6.5-inch high-brightness color touch panel LCD

For maximum resilience, the JLR-41 can be paired with the JLR-8600 multi-GNSS receiver. In case of interference, the system can automatically switch to use the JLR-41 as the primary GNSS source and backup gyro and GPS – maintaining continuous and trustworthy navigation data.

This combination ensures that your vessel stays on course, even in the most challenging conditions.
