PO explanation

For every warranty you request you need to provide a PO number. This is a standard procedure and without we aren’t able to start a warranty (see also the WCF).

In case of parts and labor warranty we cover max 4 hours labor at normal tariff + max 2 hours travel at normal tariff (or max 100 km mileage) + parts. Mileage, hours, etc that exceed the terms are not covered and will be charged on the PO number.

In case a parts only warranty we only cover the parts. In case we need to arrange attendance you will be charged in full which is also mentioned on the PO number. If it turns out to be NON warranty like software, cables, consumables, faulty installation, etc all cost will be charged on the PO number.

In all cases you are still responsible for the parts untill you have returned them to TMSC or our office. If not returned, lost, damaged, etc we can charge this on the PO (although it’s unlikely that it will happen). When you check the distributor agreement you will find an overview what is covered and which type of warranty is applicable.
